Curveline, Inc. has announced the capability to curve 7/8” deep corrugated building panels to the customer’s specifications. The curving process transforms an ordinary, corrugated metal profile into an attractive, highly textured panel with a diamond-embossed appearance – in effect, giving a “high-end” look to an economical “low-end” product. Applications include dynamically curved walls, roofs, canopies and even interior components.

 In addition to enhanced appearance, Curveline’s crimp-curving process also doubles the load factor of the panels, creating highly rigid components with minimal framing requirements. Curveline can curve 7/8” corrugated panels available from seven leading manufacturers in 44 locations around the country. Panels may be specified in 26, 24 or 22 GA steel, Grade D or less, and in virtually any angle of curvature or any desired radius down to 12 inches. Multiple-radius and “S” shaped curves are also possible.
