"Euro Gait Master (EGM), a supplier of
innovative training equipment for horses, now offers its
horse exerciser system with a metal “tile panel” track
cover for superior aesthetics. EGM’s popular
“EuroXciser” is now available with high performance
roofing from Met-Tile, Inc. (Ontario, Calif.), which
delivers the look of clay tile at a fraction the weight.
Because of its light weight (1.25 lb. per sq. ft.),
Met-Tile roofing is an ideal track cover, particularly
for professional horsemen who wish to match the look of
Spanish tile roofs on adjacent buildings or homes.
Met-Tile is a cool roof system that meets ENERGY STAR®
requirements for solar reflectivity, so sunlight is
reflected off the roof surface, and temperatures below
stay cooler for horses and equipment. It is offered in
Mission Clay, Spanish Red Tile, and eight other designer
colors.
The Met-Tile roof can be mounted over a solid deck or
directly over rafters to provide a durable cover that
resists the elements and requires no maintenance. Made
of strong but lightweight 26-gauge steel panels,
Met-Tile has a 230+ mph wind rating and carries the
highest rating (Class 4) for impact resistance, the
measure of a roof’s ability to withstand hail damage.
The EuroXciser may be used to exercise and condition
horses of all ages freely and safely and can accommodate
4-6 horses at one time, saving on time and employees.
According to EGM, the exerciser will pay for itself in
1-2 years depending on usage. Features include
user-friendly controllers, sturdy maintenance-free
construction, quiet operation, and numerous safety
features.
