Met-Tile Scores at "Par Five Homes"

This Met-Tile roof was chosen for it's combination of tile appearance, light weight, and superior wind/weather resistance.

Met-Tile roofing is versatile enough to be used on all types of residences, right on up to the most luxurious homes. One example is this custom residence built by Par Five Homes in Willis, Texas. The builder/developer chose Met-Tile for its combination of tile appearance, light weight, low maintenance, and superior wind and weather resistance.

In addition to manufacturing the roofing panels, accessories and trim, Met-Tile (through its sister company, Curveline, Inc.) also provided color-matched curved panels for use over the window sections.

An interesting sidelight for Texas homeowners: In 1999, Met-Tile received approval in that state for both windstorm-resistant and hail-resistant performance.

Texas home and property owners who use approved products such as Met-Tile roofing in designated areas are eligible for insurance credits. Many construction and insurance industry experts predict that other states will follow suit in the near future by providing insurance incentives for products that offer superior protection in severe climates.
